Javier Lazcano Diaz

Javier Lazcano Diaz is an experienced Arquitecto Técnico with a strong background in construction and project management. Currently serving as Jefe de Obra at REHBILITA since April 2022, Javier has previously held leadership roles at various companies including Gestión y Ejecución de Obra Civil, S.A.U, and Alza Obras y Servicios, directing significant residential projects in Madrid. Notable achievements include overseeing the construction of 25 residential units with a PEM of 3 million euros, as well as managing extensive urban development projects. Javier's expertise also extends to facility management and modular construction, having coordinated multiple projects at BRICK O´CLOCK (GRUPO AVINTIA) and IDM. Javier holds a degree in Arquitecto Técnico from POLITECNICA DE MADRID and a certification in labor risk prevention in construction.
