Nancy Descano

Nancy Descano has had a diverse range of work experience in finance and management roles. Nancy most recently served as the Director of Finance at Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Prior to this, they retired from their role at On the Beach in 2021. Nancy also held the position of Deputy Executive Director at Partnership for the Delaware Estuary from 2016 to 2021. Nancy has experience as an Interim CFO at the Latin American Community Center and as a Financial Controller at the Blood Bank of Delmarva. Earlier in their career, Nancy worked as an International Accountant at McDonald's Restaurant Operations and as a Business Unit Manager at Corporation Service Company.

Nancy Descano completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Gettysburg College, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Nancy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1977 to 1979.
