Milena Vieira Tonon is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee development. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Rei do Pitaco since December 2024, Milena has previously held leadership and analyst roles at companies such as Faiston and CAOA, where responsibilities included coordinating selection processes, implementing HR policies, and enhancing training initiatives.
