Zach Cox

Zach Cox is an accomplished Principal Engineer at BEaR Engineers, Inc. since July 2024, with extensive experience in the engineering and marine service sectors. As the Founder and Manager of Cox Marine Services, established in 2007, Zach oversees operations focused on residential waterfront property maintenance and erosion mitigation. Previously, Zach held leadership positions as Branch Manager at Rei Engineers from January 2018 to June 2024 and Project Manager at Hentz Engineering Inc. in 2018, specializing in roof and building enclosure systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a Structural Engineer at Britt, Peters and Associates from June 2015 to December 2017. Zach holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, along with degrees in Finance from Strome College of Business and Building Enclosure Commissioning Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
