Alina Clough

Alina Clough is a Senior UX Consultant at REI Systems, where responsibilities include supporting NASA's Small Business Innovation Research service design and leading remote user research initiatives for both NASA grant management software and SBA's SBIR.gov site modernization. Previous roles include Senior Analyst focusing on Data Center and Cloud Optimization at GSA's Office of Governmentwide Policy, and a Product Designer intern at Parrots Inc., where design and testing of an AI-driven speech assistance solution were undertaken. Alina served as the Founding UIUX Lead at COVID Safe Paths, growing a large remote design team for a privacy-focused contact tracing app. Additional experience includes contracting in product design, frontend web development improving UI/UX for election websites, and participating in economic research and startup consulting as a Congress-Bundestag Fellow. Alina holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts from Westminster College (PA).
