Gauri Kayande, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Emerging Markets (Federal Civilian) and Health IT - Account Director at REI Systems since March 2011, bringing a results-driven approach to delivering over 65 IT solutions across diverse sectors. Known for a proven record of successfully managing large-scale IT initiatives, Gauri has achieved a 98.5% project completion rate within budget and on schedule, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective change management and cutting-edge technology adoption. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Project Management Consultant at Independent Project Analysis, where strategic business and marketing plans contributed to $2M in revenue, and a brief tenure in Product Management at Digital Harbor. Gauri holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from RKNEC.
