Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith has extensive experience in resource management, primarily within the digital and creative sectors. Currently serving at REI since September 2021, Ashley specializes in capacity planning and resource management. Previous roles include resource management and experience management at Deloitte Digital, where Ashley supported data architects and engineers. Prior to that, Ashley held various positions including Associate Director of Talent at GSD&M and Resource Director at VaynerMedia, focusing on creative resources. Earlier roles included resource management at Havas Worldwide and Huge, with responsibilities spanning UX, digital production, and creative coordination. Ashley holds a B.A. in Communications and Visual Arts (Photography) from UC San Diego.
