Chris Carr

Chris Carr is the current Director at REI. Prior to this, they were with sweetgreen and before that, they were with Starbucks for over 12 years in various leadership roles. Chris has been in the corporate world for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement. Chris is also responsible for Starbucks' Supplier Diversity and Ethical Sourcing programs. In their most recent role at Starbucks, they created a Governance Council to focus on quality and margin expansion. Before Starbucks, Chris was with Exxon Mobil for 18 years in various downstream fuels marketing positions. Chris is a highly accomplished leader with a proven track record of success in the corporate world.

Chris Carr completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business. Chris then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
