Devin Paschke has over a decade of experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering and Product Development at REI since January 2017. Previously, Devin held multiple roles at REI, including Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer. At K2 Sports, Devin specialized as a Snowboard Boot Design Engineer from October 2012 to January 2017, overseeing all aspects of snowboard boot development from concept to production. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Designer/Drafter at Global Diving & Salvage, Inc., an Aircraft Fueler/Assistant Manager at Bellingham Fuel Service, and an AIT R&D Intern at adidas. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanics Engineering from Western Washington University, attained in 2006.
