Ingrid Johnson

Ingrid Johnson has over a decade of experience in customer service and education, currently serving as a Product Information Specialist at REI since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ingrid worked as a Sales Specialist in the Camp and Snow Sports Departments at REI from October 2009 to March 2020, providing expert guidance to customers on gear selection. Ingrid’s earlier experience includes roles as a substitute teacher for children with special needs, internships focusing on leadership and community service, and various positions within recreational and educational settings. Ingrid holds a Master of Management in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from North Park University.
