Lyn Ip

Lyn Ip serves as the Global Head of Supplier Sustainability at REI since June 2015, where expertise in supplier sustainability is demonstrated. Prior to this role, Lyn held various positions at adidas from May 2007 to May 2015, including Senior Director of EHS for Global Supply Chain and Regional Manager (EHS) for Asia Pacific, focusing on environmental health and safety across multiple brands and facilities. Lyn's earlier experience includes working as Area Manager (Environment) and Associate at BMT Asia Pacific Ltd. from 1999 to 2007. Lyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological and Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong.
