Seth H.

Seth H. currently serves as Divisional Vice President of Asset Protection & Risk Management at REI, leading a team focused on safeguarding the co-op's people, products, and profitability through various disciplines including loss prevention, environmental health & safety, and corporate security. Prior to this role, Seth H. held multiple leadership positions at REI and Walgreens, managing asset protection teams and employing advanced analytics to combat fraud and theft across thousands of stores. Additionally, Seth H. contributed to law enforcement efforts as the founding Deputy Director of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Organized Retail Crime Task Force. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset protection, retail operations, and risk management, Seth H. has also held management positions with Target and has worked in sales and operations within the sports industry. Seth H. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Calvin University and has undertaken undergraduate studies in Foreign Language at the University of New Orleans.
