Shell Funk

Shell Funk, CPDM, CLMS, has extensive experience in supporting employees with leave, disability, and accommodations. As the Senior Partner of Leaves & Accommodations at REI since 2025, they continue to leverage their expertise. Previously, Shell worked at Google as a Program Manager-Accommodations and has held various roles at Amazon, where they focused on escalations and the development of leave programs. Their career began at Multnomah County, where they served as a Disability and Leave Administration Specialist. Shell holds a degree from Western Oregon University, completed in 1995.
