Todd Callaway

Todd Callaway serves as the General Manager of REI San Diego, leading a team of over 175 members in a highly productive and profitable store generating annual revenue exceeding $42 million. With a background that includes roles such as Interim Regional Director for the Southwest and Store Manager for REI’s first ground-up prototype store, Todd has a proven history of surpassing sales, profitability, and customer experience metrics. As an Experience Strategist, Todd promoted customer-centered design to enhance cross-channel strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Todd's earlier experiences include positions as an Environmental Geologist and Bicycle Technician, while academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hydro and Environmental Geology from The University of Texas at Austin.
