Vito Spano

Vito Spano is currently the GMM for Hardgoods & Action Sports at REI and works as a Retail Merchandising and Brand Consultant. Previously, they served as SVP of Merchandising at Bass Pro Shops and held various positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods, including VP GMM for Outdoor. Vito's extensive experience also includes roles at Petco, Merrell, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, showcasing a strong background in retail and product development. They received education at the University of Minnesota and have worked in the industry since the late 1980s.
