Richard Hargreaves is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as the Head of Claims at Reich Insurance Group since April 2001. Starting as a claims handler, Richard has dedicated himself to delivering exceptional service to clients. Prior to this role, Richard worked at AXA Insurance from March 1996 to April 2001, initially as a Personal Lines underwriter and subsequently as a claims handler, where a passion for the complexity of claims developed. Richard began the career at Deansgate Insurance Brokers in November 1995 as a customer assistant. Richard Hargreaves holds professional qualifications including ACII and Dip CILA.
