Victor de Leon

Victor De Leon is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with significant experience in process optimization and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at AMETEK Reichert since February 2022, Victor is responsible for the start-up of the Medical Business Unit at the Reynosa facility and managing product transfers from the USA and China. Prior roles include Process Engineer at Corning and Sapa Precision Tubing, where Victor focused on defining processes for new products, optimizing existing parameters, and ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards. Early career experience includes development of manufacturing cells and quality control processes at Calcomp Electronics. Victor holds a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity Management from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Superior de El Mante.
