Jonas Gueresir

Jonas Gueresir currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production at Reichle & De-Massari, overseeing the manufacturing of passive copper and fiber optics products for the ICT sector in Switzerland. With extensive experience in global operations, Jonas leads engineering teams responsible for establishing production standards and managing significant cost centers across international production networks. Previous roles include Head of Global Production Engineering & Operations Support, where responsibility involved industrialization of new products and the optimization of production processes, and Head of Corporate Quality Management, where Jonas established a global quality management organization. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen and a Master of Science from ETH Zürich, complemented by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from BMGI Amsterdam. Jonas has also gained early experience in quality management through an internship at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş.
