Laurent Amestoy

Laurent Amestoy has extensive experience in executive leadership and organizational development across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Currently serving as Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific at Reichle & De-Massari since April 2000, Laurent has built and led teams that significantly increased market share and established local assembly facilities in Singapore. Previously, as Managing Director for the MEA region, Laurent developed the entire organizational structure and strategy from the ground up, successfully hiring talent and fostering partnerships in several countries. Earlier in Laurent's career at Molex from 1989 to 2000, Laurent led the product management for EMEA, driving the development of copper and fiber optic products and introducing a new product range in France. Laurent holds an Executive Programme in Asian International Business from INSEAD.
