Rachel Ball serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Reichstein Foundation since December 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Head of Policy and Negotiations at the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria from November 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns at Oxfam Australia from January 2017 to November 2020 and Director of Advocacy at the Human Rights Law Centre from 2008 to 2016. Rachel's career also includes a role as a Lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons from 2004 to 2006 and as a Research Assistant at the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law from December 2003 to February 2005. Rachel Ball holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Law from Monash University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights from Columbia University, earned in 2007-2008.
