Jeremy Wells

Jeremy Wells is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in complex commercial and insolvency litigation. Currently a Partner at Reid Collins & Tsai LLP since July 2014, Jeremy has previously served as a Senior Associate in the same firm. Prior to that, an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from January 2010 to June 2014, Jeremy specialized in commercial and bankruptcy litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. Earlier experience includes a summer internship with the Task Force on Indigent Defense, where assistance was provided in developing models for public defender offices, and a position as a Legal Assistant at Peter DeFilippis & Associates from September 2004 to August 2006. Jeremy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics and Economics from New York University.
