Carol Owen-Clark

Carol Owen-Clark has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. At Reid Health, they held the position of Director ITSM Operations and PMO, where they provided guidance and support for the PMO strategies and process governance. Carol also worked as an IT Strategic Analyst, assisting in driving digital modernization efforts and providing recommendations on IT policy and governance. Prior to their time at Reid Health, Carol worked at Belden Inc. as a Quality Engineer, where they initiated programs to improve customer satisfaction and product quality. Carol also played a key role in establishing and maintaining ISO9000 and QS9000 processes across multiple facilities.

Carol Owen-Clark earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, General from Ball State University, graduating in 1983. Carol later pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management from WGU Indiana, between the years 2015 and 2016. In addition to their degrees, Carol has obtained additional certifications including "The Partnership for Excellence 2021 Examiner" from The Partnership for Excellence in 2021 and "Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt" from Villanova University in 2013.
