David Smith M.D.

David Smith MD is an accomplished physician and researcher with extensive experience in the field of medicine, particularly in traumatic brain injury and biomimetics technology. Currently, David serves as the CEO and Founder of DeltaChase, where innovative solutions for managing health conditions such as Acute Mountain Sickness and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome are developed. In addition to leading DeltaChase, David holds positions as a Visiting Research Scientist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and NorthShore University HealthSystem, collaborating on multiple projects focused on traumatic brain injury. David also contributes to education as faculty at Butler University and has a long-standing role as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Science Officer at Xennovate Medical LLC. David's educational background includes MD degrees from Case Western Reserve University and the University of Cincinnati, along with a BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
