Jami Prather, MSM, CLSSBB has extensive experience in project management, change management, and lean facilitation. Jami has successfully led various Epic implementations and projects, achieving significant results within their roles at Reid Health and other organizations. Additionally, Jami has demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, performance improvement, and system implementation throughout their career. Jami's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University East.
