Gail Brown

Gail Brown has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Gail began their career as a Membership & Special Events manager at Mote Marine Laboratory in 1989. During their time there, they were responsible for managing fundraising efforts, donor stewardship events, community partnerships, and facility rentals. Gail also coordinated the organization's membership program and volunteered for conservation programs.

In 2000, Brown transitioned to the role of Chief Development Officer at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. In this position, they provided direction for the Development Department and oversaw various development programs, including individual and corporate donations, planned giving, and fundraising events such as Puttin' on the Dog.
