Subhadro Guha has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of architecture and design. SUBHADRO started their career as a Trainee at MECON Limited, where they focused on architectural detailing and execution documentation for various industrial buildings. SUBHADRO then worked as an Architect at S K Chatterjee & Associates, where they were responsible for execution documentation and site supervision for the Medinova Diagnostic Centre.
Subhadro then moved on to Narayan Bansal Mathur Associates, where they became a Senior Architect and was involved in planning, designing, execution documentation, and periodic site supervision for a staff housing complex in Noida.
SUBHADRO later worked as a Senior Architect at Mahendra Raj Consultants Pvt Ltd., where they handled the planning and regular site supervision of an office building for Usha India Ltd.
Subhadro then joined the National Spiritual Assembly of Bahais of India as a Project Architect, where they were in charge of the design, detailing, and execution of an information centre and staff residence building.
SUBHADRO then worked as a Senior Architect at CP Kukreja & Associates, where they prepared execution documentation for a 500 bedded super specialty hospital in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Subhadro also gained experience as a Senior Design Manager at WS Atkins Pvt Ltd, where they prepared architectural concepts for a retail space project in Kochi.
SUBHADRO then joined Reliance Industries as a GM, where they worked on the preparation of architectural concepts and construction drawings for multiple stores and a hypermarket in Rajasthan.
Subhadro has also held the position of VP-Design & Implementation at Brandhouse Oviesse Ltd and Reid & Taylor India Limited. In both roles, they were involved in the design and implementation of exclusive brand outlets and contract management.

Subhadro Guha completed their ICSE degree at St. Paul's School Lucknow in 1980. From 1980 to 1982, they pursued their ISC degree at St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun, focusing on English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Maths. SUBHADRO then enrolled at Jadavpur University, where they studied Architecture from 1982 to 1987, earning a BARCH degree.
