Christian Struck has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Christian is currently the Director of Operating Systems at Reid's Fine Foods since April 2021. Prior to this, they founded 2 Top Hospitality Consulting in 2020. From 2002 to 2019, Christian served as the Food and Beverage Operations Director at Buzz Hospitality - The Ri Ra Group of Companies, where they developed operating systems and strategies to improve revenue, labor efficiency, and cost targets. Christian has also held roles as Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director at Eastland Park Hotel from 2000 to 2002, and as Executive Chef at Embassy Suites Portland, Maine from 1997 to 2000.
Christian Struck attended Massabesic High School from 1986 to 1990. Following that, from 1990 to 1993, Christian pursued a degree in Geology at Bates College without specifying the degree obtained. In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained the ServSafe Manager certification from Servsafe in November 2019.
