Denise O'Toole has extensive experience in administrative and office management roles, currently serving as Office Manager at Reid's Heritage Homes since January 2014. Previously, Denise worked at North America Construction from 2008 to 2013 as an Administrative Assistant in the Accounting Department, where responsibilities included facilitating departmental operations and assisting personnel with their tasks. Prior to that, from June 1998 to October 2007, Denise was a Customer Service/Admin Assistant at Impulse, handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Denise has also pursued education at Sheridan College, Breton Education Center, and Lunenburg College.
