Shari Walpole

Shari Walpole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Reid's Heritage Homes since April 1997, Shari is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and services while fostering positive working relationships and a safe work environment. Previously, Shari held the role of Director of People and Culture at Hy-Mark Mechanical from December 2015 to July 2020 and served as the Manager of Human Resources at RHC from 2006 to December 2015. Shari is a graduate of Conestoga College.
