Ferran Roig

Ferran Roig is an accomplished Project Manager and R&D Scientist with extensive experience in the development and characterization of parenteral products and dermocosmetic innovations. Currently at Reig Jofre, Ferran leads projects from formulation to scaling in manufacturing processes. Previous roles include managing innovation projects at ASCIL Biopharm and conducting skin permeation studies at Almirall. Ferran's academic background is grounded in a PhD in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology, alongside multiple Master’s degrees in Drug Quality, Nanoscience, and Physics from Universitat de Barcelona. Notably, Ferran has also contributed to academia as a professor in Cosmetic Formulation and served as a predoctoral researcher with a focus on controlled drug delivery systems.
