Cath Rose

Cath Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cath began their career as an Estimating Assistant at Bilfinger Berger in 1999. Cath then joined Elmbridge Borough Council in 2001, where they worked as a Development Control Planning Assistant and later as a Planning Policy Officer. Moving on, they worked at the South East England Regional Assembly as an Assistant Regional Planner, focusing on research, data analysis, and policy development. In 2009, Cath joined the South East England Partnership Board as a Regional Planner, where they managed regional projects and policy initiatives. Currently, Cath is employed at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, holding various positions such as the Senior Policy Development Officer, Principal Policy Development Officer, Team Leader for Planning Policy, Corporate Policy Manager, and is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Policy Projects and Performance. Cath'sextensive work experience showcases their expertise in policy development, team leadership, project management, and stakeholder liaison.

Cath Rose's education history begins in 1996 when they attended the University of Southampton. Cath pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and completed their studies in 1999. Afterward, in 2000, Cath enrolled at London South Bank University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Town Planning, which they completed in 2004.
