Yariv Omer

Yariv Omer is the Co-Founder & CEO at REIGO Investments. Prior to this, they were the VP Engineering of Connected Home at Technicolor from March 2015 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the added value services group in the Connected Home division, including IoT products (CES innovation award winner), Wi-Fi self-optimizing network services and analytics services, and new Amazon Alexa based solution for the home diagnostics. Yariv also managed product / development / delivery groups in France, Belgium, India and Israel.

Before joining Technicolor, Yariv was a Senior Software Development Manager at Cisco Systems from February 2013 to March 2015. In this role, they led the Residential gateway products group, a group of ~80 developers, managing team leaders, QA, Architects, PMs and support engineers, with product install base of~ 30 million gateways. Yariv was also responsible for the advance services delivered to tier-1 service providers (such as Vodafone, Cablevision ...), managing several simultaneous service providers’ projects, including defining scope of work, writing functional specifications, analysis of effort estimation and cost in order for high profitability and high customer satisfaction.

Yariv has strong written and verbal communications skills and is able to present complex problems in a simplified way and bind others to ideas & vision. Yariv is also frequently meeting with customers and partners regarding pre-sale, project planning, scope of work, customer support feedback and coordination of expectations.

Yariv Omer has a Masters in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the same school.
