Kathy Reilly has been involved in the development of RELCO since its earliest days in 1993. She co-founded RELCO—Reilly Electrical Contractors, Inc. alongside her husband, Jim Reilly, in August 1993. During the last 25+ years, she has served the company in many roles assuming various responsibilities ensuring company success.
She has been a part of the company’s growth as one of the first employees in 1993 to today. Today, RELCO employs over 200 people throughout New England, based out of four different office locations.
Starting her career in administrative positions, she supported the company in a variety of roles from benefits and payroll management to events planning to accounting support and operations.
As Owner and Director, she oversees business decisions, collaborates with the President and Vice President of Finance in ensuring smooth day to day operations while continuing to facilitate the culture upon which RELCO was founded.
