Jenn serves as a Research Associate with Reilly Partners, joining the team in 2021. In this role, she operates as a project manager for the search process; including identifying, contacting, and qualifying candidates.
Jenn’s responsibilities also include industry and competitor research, presentation development, determination of critical needs, and identification of target impact areas. Jenn engages in business-to-business relationship maintenance with start-up and Fortune 1000 clients, servicing food and beverage, insurance, private equity, and sports verticals, among others. Jenn works closely with the Managing Directors to organize internal research resources and coordinate the best course of action for external, client-facing agendas.
Graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019, Jenn was a Gies Scholar in the Business Honors Program, majoring in Marketing & International Business. While at school, Jenn held multiple roles on the leadership team of her business fraternity, Phi Chi Theta.
Outside of her academics, Jenn enjoys backpacking, traveling with friends and exploring new coffee shops as well as crafting her own cold brew.
