Krista-Mari Mikola has extensive experience in customer support and e-commerce management, currently serving as the E-commerce Customer Service Manager at Reima since January 2014. In this role, Krista-Mari leads the eCom customer service team, ensuring excellent consumer experiences while developing efficient processes and tools. Previous positions at Reima include Customer Support Team Lead and Online Customer Service Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Scandinavian e-commerce customer service team to handling consumer contacts and reporting statistics. Earlier career experiences include roles as Office Assistant for the City of Vantaa and Air Logistics Finland, as well as Archive Secretary at Forssa hospital. Krista-Mari holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
