Krista-Mari Mikola has extensive experience in customer support and e-commerce management, currently serving as the E-commerce Customer Service Manager at Reima since January 2014. In this role, Krista-Mari leads the eCom customer service team, ensuring excellent consumer experiences while developing efficient processes and tools.
