Scott Eising

Scott Eising is the Chief Product Officer at Reimagine Care. Scott has over 25 years of experience in product management and business development.

Scott started their career at Health Enhancement Systems as the VP of Business Development. Scott then spent 13 years at Mayo Clinic in various leadership roles, most notably Sr. Director of New Product Development - Global Business Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing new products and services for Mayo Clinic. Scott also led strategic collaborations and managed cross-functional teams in digital initiatives.

In 2015, Scott joined Optum as the Sr. Director of Prevention. Scott then moved to Rally Health in 2018 as the VP of Product | Coaching. In this role, they managed multiple product teams to modernize and grow the wellness coaching product suite.

Scott is a proven leader with a track record of success in developing and launching new products. Scott is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop a plan to get there. Scott is a strong communicator who can build consensus and get buy-in from stakeholders. Scott is a results-oriented leader who knows how to get things done.
