Prior to this role, Stark held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Alumi-Guard from November 2004 to September 2006 and served in various engineering and managerial roles at Milbank from October 2001 to November 2004. Stark's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, an Associate of Science in Engineering from Erie Community College, and a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
