Nishtha Gupta

Nishtha Gupta has over 15 years of work experience. Nishtha began their career in 2005 as a Trainee at Agilent Technologies. In 2006, they moved to Freescale Semiconductor as a Design Engineer. In 2009, they joined Opera Solutions as an Analytics Lead, where their responsibilities included participating in client interviews, analyzing data, and exploring levers to optimize the business. Nishtha managed a team of 2-3 data analysts. In 2014, they joined Paytm as a Senior Analytics Manager, then moved to OLX as an Analytics Manager for India & Global Markets. Later that year, they joined Snapdeal as an Associate Director for Marketplace Health. In 2018, they became the Chief Manager for Growth at dineout.co.in. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Rein Games Private Limited, where they serve as the Chief Product Officer. At Rein Games, they work with a talented and driven team of 20 people to build mobile games.

Nishtha Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 2002 and 2006. Nishtha then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they hold a CFA L-2 certification from the CFA Institute.
