Rachel Lyu

Rachel (Cheng) Lyu is a highly experienced patent attorney and partner at Reinhold Cohn Group since October 2011, specializing in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in semiconductor and AI-related fields, alongside IP portfolio management and providing expert opinions on due diligence and infringement analysis. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2007 to October 2010, where responsibilities included internal control reviews and IT auditing. Rachel also gained experience as a sales and marketing specialist at IBM Beijing in 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
