Jörgen Josefsson

Jörgen Josefsson has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Jörgen is currently working as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Reinsight since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Business Manager - Equities & eMarkets at SEB from April 2017 to August 2020. Before SEB, Jörgen worked at Handelsbanken Capital Markets where they served as Head of Electronic and Retail Execution from December 2012 to April 2017, and as Head of Market Access from June 2010 to December 2012. Jörgen also worked at NeoNet Securities as Head of Product Management from October 2008 to June 2010, and as Head of Program Trading from December 2007 to October 2008. Prior to NeoNet Securities, Jörgen served as a High Frequency Algorithmic Trader at Handelsbanken Capital Markets from December 2006 to November 2007. Jörgen started their career at UBS, where they worked as a Program Trader from 2000 to 2003 and as a Senior Operations Specialist from 1998 to 2000.

Jörgen Josefsson pursued their education by first enrolling at Hawaii Pacific University from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance, General. Following a substantial gap in their educational career, they then attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2009 to 2011. There, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in Finance.
