Brandon Pennington

Brandon Pennington is a skilled software engineer currently working at Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. since February 2022, with previous experience as a data science intern at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where Brandon developed a bespoke software solution for automating geospatial analysis. Prior to that, Brandon served as a software developer and data visualization intern at CACI International Inc., and completed various data science internships, including a role at the Center for Advanced Transportation Technology Laboratory focused on traffic data analysis. Brandon's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included translating foreign language materials, managing cryptologic equipment, and overseeing a 280-member language program. Brandon holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Science/Studies and Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Maryland, along with a certificate in Urdu Language and Regional Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
