Dawn Matthews-Martin has been working at The Reinvestment Fund since October 1998 as the Manager for Office Services. Prior to that, Dawn worked at The Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations from March 1994 until September 1998 as the Director of Communications. Dawn attended Philadelphia University from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a BS in Office Administration with a focus on HR. Dawn also attended Temple University from 1987 to 1990.
