Elizabeth Frantz

Elizabeth Frantz is a seasoned professional in community development and real estate, currently serving as the Senior Director and Philadelphia Market Leader at Reinvestment Fund since June 2012. Frantz has held several leadership positions within the organization, focusing on loan origination for projects in affordable housing, healthy food retail, and mission-based commercial real estate, with expertise in tax credit financing and financial analysis. Prior experience includes roles such as credit analyst and instructor for the University of Pennsylvania, as well as research assistant positions at University City District and the Metropolitan Planning Council, and serving as a housing specialist at the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law. Elizabeth holds a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Northwestern University.
