Emily Dowdall

Emily Dowdall is a seasoned professional in policy solutions and urban planning, currently serving as President and Managing Director at Reinvestment Fund since April 2016. In this role, Emily manages a team focused on research to foster equitable communities, addressing issues such as affordable housing and early childhood education. Additionally, Emily lectures on Housing Policy and Urban Redevelopment at the University of Pennsylvania and has held significant positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts, New York University, and the New York City Office of the Mayor. Emily's academic background includes a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.
