Troy C. Spence, CPA, CFE has an extensive and varied work experience. Troy C. is currently serving as the Managing Director at Reinvestment Fund since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they had a long tenure at PwC, starting in 2008. During their time at PwC, they held various positions, including Director, Project Manager for the CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellowship, D&I Staff Council Member, Risk Assurance Senior Manager, Risk Assurance Manager, Forensic Services Manager, Forensic Services Senior Associate, and Forensic Services Associate. Troy C. also worked briefly as a Customer Service Associate at PNC Bank in 2008. Troy's career in PwC started with an internship in the Advisory department in 2007 and a separate internship in US IT in 2006 at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Troy C. Spence, CPA, CFE obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, attending from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Central High School.

Troy has also earned several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Most recently, in 2019, Troy acquired the Digital Acumen certification from PwC.
