Sabrina Afir

Sabrina Afir is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Reisel since March 2021. In this role, Sabrina oversees recruitment processes, manages personnel administration, creates training modules, and acts as a representative of the personnel at the CSE. Previously, Sabrina worked as a Chargée de recrutement at QAPA, where responsibilities included client requirements assessment, candidate pre-qualification, and employee administration. Prior positions involved GPEC support and recruitment at various organizations such as NCA Rouiba SPA, CAAR, and Cosider SpA. Sabrina holds a Master 2 in Métiers de l'emploi et du travail from Université Paris Nanterre and a Master 2 in Management from École supérieure de commerce.
