Sophia Zhang

Sophia Zhang has a varied work experience in the quality assurance field. Sophia is currently working as an Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Reistone Biopharma, where they lead the QA team and ensures compliance with local regulations. Their responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a robust QMS, managing quality assurance and control, third-party management, and validation.

Prior to their current role, Sophia worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Manager in supplier quality management. Sophia was responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with GMP and SJJP requirements and enhancing production quality through monitoring and improvement.
