REIT Adviser adds value as a focused specialist manager.

With 60+ years of experience in the financial markets and extensive real estate experience, we have created a public access to an attractive real estate investment in a simple and cheap way.

Tightly regulated, REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) are a subsection of the real estate investment market, offering tax transparency under the conditions of limited gearing and high dividend payouts. The purpose is to bring a more democratic aspect to real estate investments, while creating the possibility for cheap and diversified asset class access for all.

The name of our unit-trust is; Investeringsforeningen Gudme Raaschou – Afdeling Europæiske Ejendomsaktier, and here you get an exposure to the 20 best real estate stocks or REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) in Europe.

We have chosen not to implement expensive distribution agreements, and we have also decided not to add any administration fees. Our service, alongside the quality of the underlying investments, is designed to benefit the investor. This is possible as we own REIT Adviser ourselves.

The unit-trust is traded as a normal listed security with the following code, ISIN-koden: DK0061133899
