Afia Boone Cmp

Afia Boone, MTA CMP has held various roles in membership and meetings at Nareit since May 2011, where Afia currently serves as Vice President of Social Responsibility & Industry Affairs. Prior to Nareit, Afia worked as a Corporate Events Intern at Friends of the National Zoo and as a Catering Associate at Grand Hyatt Washington. Afia also completed a Rooms Division Management Training Program as a Hospitality Specialist. Afia holds a Master's degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown University.
