Tioni Simmons, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in various HR functions, including strategy, management systems, and employee relations. Tioni has held multiple positions at Justice Federal Credit Union, culminating as Human Resources Manager, before advancing to Nareit, where Tioni currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources since 2025, following a tenure as Senior Director from 2018 to 2025. Tioni earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2018.
